SUMMARY: Responsible for analyzing the flow of swine and feed management through production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be capable of regular and predictable attendance
Able to work overtime as needed
Able to work holidays as needed
Accurately collect, enter, and analyze swine performance and financial records
Reconcile production records to ensure accuracy of performance data
Work with swine producers and staff members to present and interpret production and financial data to management
Develop strategy to improve company performance
Understand swine inventory tracking, feed, and sales processes
Performs other duties as needed and/or assigned
High Level of organization, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
Dedicated, goal oriented, motivated, and time management ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team as needed
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and familiarity with swine production
A valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
Minimum travel required
Maintain certification and follow all PQA/TQA Guidelines in the Humane Handling of Livestock
