Our organization is committed to quality and excellence.?<br /> Description</p> <p>Project/?Assignment: Quality Assurance &#8211; Batch Fat, Moisture and Protein</p> <p>The Intern will be taking samples of batches for across business unit/?divisions and analyzing the fat, moisture, and proteins of the raw batches with the <span class="caps">FOSS</span> and the <span class="caps">CEM</span> and outside lab samples to provide data to come up a way to best analyze batches and then work with management to best define correction procedures.?</p> <p>Required Skills</p> <p>Candidates should be completing Jr.? year of studies in Food Science, Meat Science, Food Microbiology or related area of study.?</p> <p>Temporary housing will be provided if necessary for students living more than 60 miles from facility.? Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.?
