Objective: Acclimate new hire employees to company culture and environment. Complete training process and skill development with employees per Pipestone System protocols. Initiate and maintain relationship between Pipestone and clients to grow business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Direct employee training per company Protocols in the Wean to Finish division
• Ability to teach and give constructive feedback
• Plan and organize training sessions for continuous growth of current staff
• On farm site visits related to training will be required
• Identify/assist current Employees with improving protocols and training
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Overnight travel may be required
• Maintain PIPESTONE core values
• Understand and clearly communicate Pipestone business offerings with clients.
• MUST be able to organize and be a self-starter

Education: AA/BS degree related to animal science or equal experience

Experience: Training staff in agricultural environment

Agricultural background with swine

Additional Requirements: Self-motivated individual with advanced planning and organizational skills

High level of computer skills in Microsoft applications

Must have valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to Company and insurance company

Basic knowledge of computer programming preferred
