• College degree in Animal Science with 2-4 years swine experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to organize
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in electronic mail
• Analytical skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Certified in PQA Plus
• Ability to do hard physical labor
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Good math skills
• Ability to make decisions
• Must have a valid driver’s license
