Murphy-Brown LLC, the pork production division of Smithfield Foods, has an immediate opening for a Regional Production Manager. The position oversees their region of wean-to-finish operations including all expenses with a focus on increasing throughput and decreasing costs.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company policy
• At least five years swine production experience
• Professional oral, written and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in animal science, business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Available for occasional travel and to work nights/weekends when needed
