Recruiting Manager

About this Job:

Objective: The Talent acquisition Manager would be responsible for all recruiting functions. Retention of both campus and off campus employees. Promote and develop positive teamwork within the department and help foster relationships with production staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Recruiting activities for all locations
  • Grow and develop recruiting supervisors and trainers
  • Guide scheduling of training staff for respective regions
  • Participation with production in on-farm development
  • Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel,
  • Conducts new-employee orientations
  • Assists with the various projects.
  • Attend career fairs in spring and fall seasons
  • Continually monitor intern program and suggest change as needed
Requirement:

The ideal candidate must have the following:

Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management to meet deadlines
Detailed orientated
Some travel required
Farm background with swine experience preferred

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Experience: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
