Direction
The Nursery Service Manager is responsible for monitoring costs and maintaining open communication with production teams while being held accountable for meeting company goals and expectations.

Additional Responsibilities include:

-Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures on nursery sites
-Provide coaching and direction to Pod Managers, IC’s, and employees
-Holding Pod Managers accountable for supervision of the care, maintenance, and management of all sites
-Provide solutions, tools, feedback, information, and develop action plans in necessary areas
-Monitor expenses and cost control

• You must have an Assoc OR BS degree within an agriculture-based major or 1-3 years of swine production service management experience is required.
• Experience in the Nursery department is preferred
• Qualified candidates must display a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Individuals must be able to manage time and priorities in a fast paced, changing environment
