About this Job:

Objective: Support of compliance, benefit and recruiting functions for accurate and timely follow up with employees. Develop paperless routines within Human Resource department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel
  • Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors mentor program, writes and places advertisements
  • Perform background checks on potential candidates
  • Develop paperless office routine, scan and organize current employee files.
  • Internal LMS Administration
  • Meeting Planning
Requirement:

Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management to meet deadlines
Detailed orientated
