Genesus Business Development Manager for the Philippines

Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to be based in the Philippines to help us expand our clientele. You will be the local front for Genesus and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy for the Philippines.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the General Manager S.E. Asia to generate profitable sales in the Philippines

Identify, develop and target the top 20 pig businesses in the Philippines

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build strong long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Maintain a live customer and prospect list

Requirements

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or with a successful track record within the pig industry in the Philippines

Live in the Philippines

Proficiency in Filipino and English

Market knowledge of the pig industry in the Philippines

Communication and negotiation skills

Time management and planning skills

Basic understanding in MS Office
