Summary: Spend approximately 70% of time performing the duties of a production tech as directed by the Farm Manager, 30% will be working in production.  Maintain accurate up-to-date information in the on–farm production software and other production records. Provide timely accurate reporting / analysis to Farm Manager, and farm employees.

• Good computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and sow record keeping software.
• Ability to conduct regular training relating to position.
• Ability to regularly communicate critical information to groups of all sizes.
• Must be able to make decisions relative to information systems.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize functions and manage time effectively.
• Must have basic English and math skills.
• Must be able to function as a team player.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to recognize typical production parameters that are out of normal variation and report to Farm Manager.
• Maintain PQA Plus Level
