Function: Breed-to-Wean Production
Location:  Edison, NE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the welfare, care and day-to-day management of the animals in their department
• Ensure good production through the implementation of standard operating procedures
• Maintain careful and accurate records
• Ensure development of employees
• Promote animal well-being
• Practice good environmental stewardship

• High school diploma or GED
• One year experience supervising in the swine industry
• Have excellent animal husbandry skills and maintain confidentiality
• Effectively train and develop employees
• Ability to work every other weekend
