The Maschhoffs, a leader in the pork industry, is looking for a full time Production Technician to work in the MPF farms.

Function: Breed-to-Wean
Location: Carlyle, IL farms

Responsibilities:

• Daily animal care and feeding
• Monitoring the barn environment
• Following Standard Work Instructions in a swine breeding and farrowing operation

• Have excellent animal husbandry skills
• Available to work every other weekend
• Able to work other than day shift on an occasional basis
• One year farm and/or livestock experience is a plus
• Able to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to walk on concrete for long periods of time
• Able to handle exposure to dust, odor, noise, and live animals
