Christensen Farms is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR Team. We look forward to matching your abilities with our company’s goals!

As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Christensen Farms, you’ll be a member of one of the largest family-owned pork producers.  In this recruiting role, you will support our mission of providing quality pork to help feed a growing world.

If selected for the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator job, you’ll be responsible to source, recruit and match qualified candidates to the current staffing needs of our locations and departments. You will be expected to support multiple recruiting projects and partner effectively with hiring managers to ensure an adequate level of talent is available to meet the needs of the business. Along with these expectations, you will have responsibilities in onboarding programs.

Your ability to recruit and network effectively both inside and outside of the organization is essential. You must also have a high level of focus on the compliance of company policy and procedures. In addition, a high level of self-motivation and proven ability to achieve results on a regular basis is required for success in the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator role.

This Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator position offers a competitive wage based on the candidate’s experience. Requirement:

Being bilingual in Spanish and English is required. The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator position will require occasionally operating a company vehicle. Any employment offer extended for this position will be contingent upon the review of the candidate’s motor vehicle record (MVR). This position will be located at our Sleepy Eye, MN headquarters.

WORK SCHEDULE>/b>

Although hours may vary, the typical work schedule for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. There will be some travel required to meet the recruiting objectives as needed.
