Industrial meat cutter
at Premium Meat in Fort McMurray, Alberta
Salary: $16.25 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Specific Skills: Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging, De-bone meat, Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract), Drug test
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Work Site Environment: Cold/refrigerated
Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing
