Sales expansion requires the addition of new Center-of-the Plate Specialists for our team. Focus areas include the Atlanta Metro market and Charlotte/Central Carolina, NC. Center-of-the Plate Specialist- Duties for this position include:
• Gain the confidence of existing accounts and retain existing business
• Continually develop new customer sales leads
• Create, develop and retain new accounts
• Identify and land new business through cold calling/business development
• Achieve performance objectives as agreed via a budgeted strategic business plan
• Achieve monthly sales quota revenue as determined by Sales Director.
• Consistently report performance results through standardized channels
The Ideal Candidate will offer:
• 3-5 years sales experience selling portion control products or other premium protein categories in foodservice channels
• Tangible track record of success
• In-depth operational knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree required - Business or related field preferred
• A Culinary degree is a strong plus
• Excellent interpersonal, business communication, planning and organizational skills
• Computer literate - Excel, Word, and Powerpoint will be in daily use.
