Pork plant in North Carolina seeks person to be over the bacon processing area of the plant.This includes curing, slicing, packaging and micro waving. The position has four supervisors that reports to it. Candidate must have bacon processing experience and a proven record of producing a quality product effeciently. Company offers good benefits including great advancement potential. Salary $65-75k based on experience and education plus a 25% bonus.
