Our client is a premium pork producer of North America. The company is a well-established meat packer known for the high quality of its products and services.
Position Location
Business Development Manager Ontario
Salary Reports to
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Vice President
Responsibilities
1) Identifying and selecting new opportunities and accounts to increase the gross margin of the company
2) Developing key customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities
3) Spearheading development of selected business building projects
4) Representing the company at industry trade shows
5) Developing and justifying new business ventures including written business plans, budgetary analysis, return analysis
Requirements
1) Post secondary college or university
2) Minimum 10 years sales experience, with minimum five years in the food industry
3) Meat industry experience and familiarity with fresh pork processing an asset
