Job Description
This is a well-known, fast growing food company that is looking for the right leader for their kill floor team. They have an outstanding benefits package and an excellent relocation plan.
BORED WITH THE CURRENT JOB THAT YOU HAVE? LOOKING FOR MORE OF A CHALLENGE? THIS IS FOR YOU! PREFER AN AA DEGREE AND HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OR MORE of Meat kill floor supervisory experience in a Beef or Pork plant. A high school degree with 5 or more years of kill floor supervisor experience will also be considered. This is a first shift position. You will be leading teammates in the clean side of the kill floor. Rarely work weekends. Strong leader and good written and oral communication skills is desired. You are promotable and will be able to move up quickly. You are a high energy, go-getter type of personality and you are ambitious and willing to work hard. HAACP knowledge and experience is necessary. USDA, GMP's, OSHA, UPC Codes, maximizing yields, reducing downtime/waste, scheduling production and staff are also desired skills. THE COMPANY WILL RELOCATE THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL WITH AN EXCELLENT RELOCATION PACKAGE!
