Two Openings on 1st Shift Two Openings on 2nd Shift The candidate must have experience in fresh pork production management for consideration. Supervisors are responsible for achieving objectives and accepting full accountability for daily goals and product output. Requires strong team leadership, training, effective written and oral communications as well as decision making skills. Must adherer to the Company’s Human Resources policies and function under the current Labor Relations Agreement. Basic areas of responsibility: Production Employees Product Quality Employee / Department Safety Product Make Sheet Schedule Achievement Production Volume Output Product Yields Department Team Morale
Additional Information:
Have a proven knowledge of fresh pork production techniques, calculation of production yields, food safety and USDA regulations. Minimum education of at least a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer and Spanish or Burmese bilingual skills helpful.
