Excellent opportunity for Meat-Packing Production Supervisors, 1st and 2nd shifts, at a leading meat-packing facility in Central Iowa.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise assigned production shift team members * Maintain and/or enhance production level and quality goals * Maintain employee and department safety standards * Provide strong team leadership and achieve team objectivesRequirements
* 2-5 years meat-packing experience required * Solid knowledge of conversion, boning and slaughter operations in pork meat-packing operations * Working knowledge of meat production techniques and production yield calculations * Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and Labor Relations Agreements that currently apply * Working knowledge of food safety and USDA regulations * minimum of High School diploma (higher education a plus) * Strong team leadership skills * Bilingual in Spanish and English or in Burmese and English a big plusBenefits
